2008 Prize Fund

To make the game of Fantasy Formula 1 even more exciting in 2008, I have decided to offer a prize for the winner. To raise money for that prize, users should use the associate links shown below:

Amazon.co.uk | Amazon.com

Now is the perfect time of year to start using these links as you begin your Christmas shopping. If every user uses one of these links to buy a single item from Amazon for £10 (approx 20 USD) each, the prize fund will be around £250 (approx 500 USD). That should be enough to buy a decent prize for anybody!

I apologise to any users who are unable to use either Amazon.co.uk or Amazon.com, but this is the closest I can get to an international affiliate program. The alternative is to use the Google Search on this site, but that does not really pay very much money considering the relatively small number of users this site has. If anyone has any alternative suggestions, please get in touch or add a comment.

I am very much open to suggestions about what the prize should be, so please post your ideas. Don't forget though, that the value of the prize will depend on how much everyone spends through amazon!

Prize fund = £1.77

So far the 2008 prize fund stands at a meagre £1.77! I'm not sure that would even buy the postage for any of the items below. It seems that none of you shop on Amazon any more, or if you do, you're not shopping through this site.

New Ebay ads

So, I have decided to place adverts for ebay on this site. The great thing about the ebay ads is that they are localised - if you are in Australia, the ads you see will be for ebay.com.au.

If you already have an ebay account, you can click on the adds and bid on any product, giving this site a small share of ebay's income from the sale.

If you don't already have an ebay account, you can make even more money for this site by clicking on the ads and , then bidding for something.

I'll leave these new ads up for a few months and see how well they work. I'm hoping they will attract more clicks than the amazon links.

I am continuing to receive

I am continuing to receive complaints from those submitting teams to your league of leagues this late in the season about the FACT You have NOT complied with your OWN rules about more than 1 team has to be in a League.

Why do you not update the League of leagues to your own rules?
