Delete a team or taking it out of a league

Hi guys,

I want to take out one of my teams from one league or even delete it, how ca I do it? I didnt see any option in the teams screen...

'My teams' page, under the 'Leagues' column, there should be a 'leave league' link. If not, let me know.
