Fantasy Formula 1 2011... Let's race!

Well, that's it. You've created your teams and entered your leagues... now its time to sit back and enjoy the season. And just hope that you made the right choices!

!!! ENTRIES ARE NOW CLOSED !!!

You can no longer enter new teams or edit existing teams and you can now view the teams of other users. You can also no longer enter your team into a league.

Thank you all for playing this game. I hope everyone managed to get their teams and leagues set up in time. If not, sorry you're not able to take part this year, but if you register with the site, you will receive an email as soon as the site is open for entries in 2012.

The site continues to grow year on year and we've had over 10,000 teams entered this year. That is a major milestone and I'm grateful to everyone who continues to utilise the site. I hope you all enjoy playing this game and that the racing this year provides even more enjoyment!

Please use the forum for any comments or suggestions you may have, or even just general F1 gossip if you like.

May I ask why league creation and joining leagues is prevented? It doesn't affect our scores and if you don't want people popping in mid-season that's why you can make private leagues.

Probably because you could search for leagues where you would join and be in 1st position mid way through or right at the end of the season! ;0)

You can also no longer enter your team into a league.

Hi,

I created a Team before the cut off time yesterday evening but I couldn't add my selected Team to any leagues, even leagues without a password to protect them. Is there a reason why you cannot enter a league after this time period? I completely understand and agree why you cannot change Teams etc after this time but I believe your users of the Fantasy F1 League would enjoy the option to move during the season if they wish? I know I would have liked the opportunity to join one league but as I couldn't at the time I guess im stuck?
