Kobayashi Qualifying Points Germany GP

Kamui Kobayashi qualified 17th in the Germany GP but didn't receive any qualifying points. Similarly the Sauber Team didn't receive the points for his qualifying position either. That's 10 points if you've got Sauber as a team and Kobayashi as a driver.

Kobayashi (and Buemi) were missed off the list of German GP qualifying points [as reported by 'scowling racist'] and the missing points have not yet been corrected. What's the hold up, please?

This should be sort out now. Please let me know if you still notice any errors.

Buemi was disqualified from the qual session, so he didn't earn any points.

How come Buemi started the race from 16th position on the grid if he was disqualified?
Is this a mistake?

Buemi started the German grand prix from 24th position on the grid. He qualified in 16th, but was later excluded from qualification due to a fuel irregularity.
