Late Joining of my public laegue.

I noticed this week that a new team has joined at this late stage and gone to the top of 1 LEAGUE FOR DEVON. I thought their was a deadline for joining leagues and am now worried others will join in at the seasons end to take the top places.This is NOT fair on the leages starters. Can this be stopped and the tartans removed???

Also looking at the League of Leauges, there seem to still be teams added which fall foul of the rules ...... thought the rule was a team had to have 2 or more teams, not just the 1 team?

I am continuing to receive complaints from those submitting teams to your league of leagues this late in the season about the FACT You have NOT complied with your OWN rules about more than 1 team has to be in a League.
Why do you not update the League of leagues to your own rules?
