When does registration start for the 2010 season.

New season will open end of feb

Hi Phil,

The new season usually opens around the end of Feb or beginning of March. I aim to give users 4 weeks to create their leagues/teams, but that often depends on when the F1 teams announce their line-ups. In 2009 it opened on 3rd March and the first race was 29th March.

Drivers to be confirmed

Hi ff1/Ian,

I'm guessing that you're waiting for the final drivers for Campos and US teams to be confirmed before opening entries? Are you able to estimate how long it will take after confirmation for team creation and will budget and scoring remain similar to 2009, allowing for the now 26 drivers?

Still waiting...

Yes, I'm still waiting for the final drivers to be announced. If it gets too late, I'll just use 'Campos driver 2' and 'US F1 driver 2' as temporary place-holders, but I'd prefer not to do that.

In the meantime, I'm working on setting everything else up so that after the drivers are confirmed, it should take only a day or two to launch the new season.
