Improved login and registration

Just a quick note to let all users know that you can now login using your user name or your email address. You decide!

Also, on registration, you now need to enter an email address twice. This should improve accuracy and mean that fewer users don't receive a registration email.

Need easier league selection

It would really help out us newbies if you would have one drop-down box for JUST PUBLIC leagues so we wouldn't have to scroll through so much. Either put the PRIVATE leagues in a separate drop-down box, or have people type in the names (since they should know that if they know the password.)

Even though it is a selection box, if you start typing the list should jump to where you want. This works for me using Firefox.
