Red Bull are rumoured to be putting a formal complaint in tomorrow. Max Moseley has already said that the FIA will NOT rule on the illegality of the car and will leave it to the race stewards. However the Red Bull complaint may change this...watch this space tomorrow

Marshalls wave flags and scrape drivers off of concrete barriers. I think you mean Stewards...and yes I am a smart ass... :)
